ORDER REQUIREMENTS:
– A California Resellers Certificate is required (CA only)
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
– Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express
– Money Orders, Cashiers Checks
METHOD OF SHIPMENT: All shipments via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground.
Same Day Shipping on orders received before 12:00 p.m.
RETURN POLICY:
Merchandise cannot be returned without a pre-approved Return Authorization Number (RA#).
If defective and/or damaged, replacement will be done at no cost. Photo and copy of signed Bill of Lading (BOL) must be emailed directly to sales@robanda.com. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to any other returns (with approval of RA#).
SALES TAX:
We are required to collect sales tax on orders without a resellers certificate within the State of California. For Sales Tax Exemption, a copy of a valid resellers certificate is required (CA only).
